We had a fantastic holiday at Helena Sands. The room was large, clean, and had an amazing view. The location was ideal, right on the beach and near the promenade with plenty of bars and shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Valeri, who checked us in early and upgraded us to a sea-view room. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the chefs were exceptional. The swimming pool and spa facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed a relaxing massage. it was a very pleasant stay.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Location, it is right on the shore with access to the beach. The room is large and with a good view.
Big, two rooms but small bath. Bad mattress on the bed.

I have been living in Switzerland for many years and wanted to show Bulgaria to my partner. We arrived at Hotel Helena and we were very positively surprised. Luckily it was possible that we could extend our planned time... So beautiful!!! And the food was just a dream!

I had a great stay at a hotel in Sunny Beach with beautiful architecture and a luxurious location. The rooms were spacious and had a gorgeous view. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast and dinner options were varied and delicious.
The food for breakfast could have been improved.

The room, the view, the sea and the food
The staff's knowledge of English was not adequate and this made communication very difficult and frustrating at times. The way some of the staff communicate with the guest is not as friendly and polite as it should be.

The rooms at Helena Sands are so comfortable and cozy! After a tiring day of trekking, I loved coming back to the room with its relaxing seating area. The satellite TV was great for unwinding, and the air conditioning made sure the room was always the perfect temperature. The balcony was a lovely bonus too!
Honestly, I wasn't a big fan of the SOS button in the room. It made me feel a bit uneasy, but I understand that some guests might appreciate the added security.

Nice classical hotel with all facilities you need.
The Hotel offers half pension. The breakfast and diner are not high standard. Eventually you will have dinner for example in the Fish Restaurant, wherefore you need to pay. The Sushi is by the way very good!

The food at this resort is absolutely mind-blowing, with a 15 out of 10 rating! It is delicious, diverse, and super clean. The staff in the restaurant are incredibly polite and professional. The location is one of the best I have experienced in the Black Sea. Highly recommended for both short and long stays.
